Find answers to commonly asked questions here. If you have questions above what is listed here, please feel free to contact us any time. We would love to hear from you.

Q: How much protein do I need each day?

A: For the average sedentary person, it is a min of 1 gr per kg of lean body mass (not body weight). For an athlete it should be 2-3 gr per kg of lean body mass. There is new research that many can tolerate more. Here are 4 studies to support that data. Arnal MA, et al. Protein feeding pattern does not affect protein retention in young women. J Nutr. 2000 Jul;130(7):1700-4. Arnal MA, et al. Protein pulse feeding improves protein retention in elderly women. Am J Clin Nutr. 1999 Jun;69(6):1202-8. Soeters MR, et al. Intermittent fasting does not affect whole-body glucose, lipid, or protein metabolism. Am J Clin Nutr. 2009 Nov;90(5):1244-51.

Q: Why would I need or want to use ONLY PROTEIN?

A: Many people do not get the amount of protein the need to maintain lean muscle. Many people don’t have time to prepare a meat, and many women do not like eating meat that is usually the main source of protein. By using ONLY PROTEIN, they can get the benefit of protein that taste great and is easy to prepare.

Q: How do I mix ONLY PROTEIN?

A: All you need is a bottle of water and you just rip and pour.

Q: Does ONLY PROTEIN have health benefits?

A: Protein is necessary to rebuild every cell, tissue and organ in your body and yet many peoples diet are deficient in this. Protein is the nutrient that plays the biggest role in keeping us healthy. We all know the importance of protein to build muscle (the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism), but it is also responsible for skin, hair, ligaments, bones and tendons, just to name a few. Protein is involved in many important processes including metabolism and digestion. With out protein you would lack the hormones and enzymes necessary for these important and vital functions. If you are sick or injured, protein is the nutrient that is required to heal.

Q: Is ONLY PROTEIN high in calories, fat and carbs?

A: ONLY PROTEIN is low in calories, fat and carbs.

Q: Is ONLY PROTEIN good for active people and how can they benefit?

A: Because it contains proteins to feed muscle fast, medium and slow, it will help you to build or maintain muscle. ONLY PROTEIN contains branch chain amino acids including, Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine that are necessary to build muscle.

Q: Does ONLY PROTEIN have hormones?

A: ONLY PROTEIN begins with New Zealand hormone free, pollution free whey. Some of the highest standards in the world can be found in New Zealand. Their cows are grass fed and free grazing. You will never see feedlot conditions because New Zealand does not allow rBGH or BST hormones! Their cows are also free of antibiotics and chemical residue, which makes for a pure product, so pure that it is soon to be labeled "Certified Organic."
